When you create an Earnvo account we collect your name, mobile phone number, and optional email address. For identity verification (KYC) we may collect your South African ID number and a selfie — used solely for verification and fraud prevention.
When you claim campaigns we collect task submissions (screenshots, tracked-link data, timestamps), verification outcomes, wallet transactions, withdrawal history, and reputation tier data.
We automatically collect device type, browser, IP address, and anonymised usage patterns to operate and improve the platform.
